You are paying Leave Ur Mark to create a trip that is more than just travel. We work extra hard to bring quality projects to you. The service of providing interns and volunteers can be daunting as many companies might say yes to us but will not have much work for you. We make sure that the project you are placed in actually uses your skills rather than making you do meaningless work. Our in country directors check your progress and the work that they give to you on a weekly basis to ensure maximum use of everyone’s resources. This requires research, time and effort on our part. We also put you in a comfortable and safe accommodation with other volunteers that are going through the same experience as you. Without the local knowledge, you might end up finding a less than appealing living space or a place that overcharge you. On top of that, with Leave Ur Mark, you get a chance to bond with other volunteers and interns which is half the fun of traveling. The most important aspect is your safety and health. Without going through a support system like Leave Ur Mark, it can be frustrating and scary to be in a different country when there are emergency situations. For example, our in country directors are always on call to take you to a doctor or hospital, if necessary, at any hour. We are there for you if your credit card goes missing or your luggage gets stolen. Even though it’s the less glamorous side of traveling, these things happen. The assistance that is provided to you in any given situation is going to ensure you a smooth and worry-free adventure.
