Leave UR Mark makes a maximum amount of effort to be flexible for your changing needs. Outlined below are the explanations of what happens when you want to change your project, change your start date or cancel your trip. We emphasize that interns and volunteers should sign up for travel insurance once they register with us. In case of emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, travel insurance might be able to cover you for your expenses.

Changing your Project or Date:
In case you decide to change your project or your start date, we charge you a fee depending on the number of days prior to your start date. The reason for this fee is because we work closely with businesses and volunteer organizations to ensure them a steady flow of workers. Once we let them know that you have signed on for their project, they prepare and allocate their resources accordingly. When we let them know that you cannot do the project or will come at a later date, it affects their work. These fees are for us to maintain good relations with the projects we are involved in.    
     

  
Cancelling Your Project:
We understand if you need to cancel your trip. Life happens. If you cancel for a valid reason, your travel insurance company might be able to cover your expenses. We are not able to return all your money due to the costs associated with booking your project. We have administration costs of phone, paperwork, banking and promotional materials that come into effect when you register with us. Our country directors keep space set aside for you in the housing and the project, all of which costs us money and time. If you cancel 30 days prior to your trip, we are not able to give you a refund due to the above points.
